Katherine is all tied up and asks Annie to untie her. Crazy Annie calls her Marge, says Katherine Chancellor is dead, was a good and decent woman. Clint confides in Roger that he thinks "Marge" might well be Mrs. C. but Esther is the ticket for now, so marry her and they can clean her out.
Paul overhears Roger calling the county clerk for a waiver for the waiting period so he can marry his fiancee right away.
JT, Neil Victor discuss Colleen's lack of qualifications to sit on the NE board. Victor decrees that both JT and Neil must use all their powers to convince Colleen NOT to take this seat.
Anna and Tyra are at the bus station. Anna secretly calls Neil from her mother's cell, lets him listen to Anna getting Tyra to talk about running away. Back at the coffee house, Karen and the social worker discover that Tyra and Anna have run off, call the police to issue and Amber Alert.
Chloe sits her mom down to tell her about Cordelia's father but Lily interrupts them.
Jill flies off the handle at Billy when he shows up at Jabot drunk and stinky. Just as Billy is about to tell Jill about the baby, Cane walks in and breaks the news.
Mike's at NE, says Colleen is bright enough to know that she's in over her head. Victor figures someone was prompting her, she wouldn't have known she was able to take it.
JT tries to talk Colleen out of taking the seat. No, she won't let Victor intimidate her. She has every right to this, and wants to honour her father.
Jill has a fit that Billy, a son of hers, behaved so dishonourably. She offers Cane her help in getting a good divorce attorney. He'll keep that in mind. Meanwhile, messy, stinky Billy shows up at the hospital, Lily scoots out as soon as she sees him there.
Paul listens carefully as Roger calls Esther to make a date. (They're in Jimmy's Bar.)
More Annie and Kay. Kay points out that there is no reason for Clint kidnapping her if she's Marge. Annie fluffs it off.
Neil finds Tyra and Anna at the bus station. Uck. More UCK. They finally start to leave but Gil stops them. "Well, well, look who's here."
Billy and Chloe, quiet chat about the mess they're in. Baby fusses and Chloe asks him to bring her to her. Cane watches through the window as Billy hands Cordelia to Chloe, then calls Michael, asks to meet, it's urgent. Lily asks Cane to go somewhere with her, they need to talk. Cane isn't enthusiastic about it at all.
JT reports to Victor that Colleen isn't budging, she's dug her heels in. Victor then goes to Colleen in the next room, invites her to join him in his office for a talk.
Chloe again tries to tell Esther about Billy but Roger bursts in and stops the conversation. He has a JOP right there in the hospital and they can get married right now. Poor dumb Esther is thrilled.
Cane and Lily talk about the big lie she kept from him. He completely blows Lily off, says it's about time he goes after what HE wants. No one is going to make decisions about the direction of his life any more, not his wife, not Billy, not her (Lily). He walks out on her. (They were at CL.)
Victor does his best to cow Colleen. She recalls her Uncle Jack's words, holds her ground!! Victor asks her who her mentor is, she says her father was. YAY Colleen!!
Paul reports to Jill that Roger is a bigamist. He marries wealthy women and then robs them blind. Also, he heard Roger get the waiver form the county. "Oh dear God". Jill immediately picks up the phone.
Puke. Roger and Esther get ready to get married in Chloe's hospital room. In comes Billy who reluctantly agrees to be the best man.
Annie and Kay again. Annie finally undoes Kay's ropes so she can regain circulation. Sort of funny. But then Clint walks in.
Okay. I hate this but here's the deal. Tyra and Anna along with Neil and Gil arrive back at the Winters' apartment. Karen is there with Marisol, the social worker. Anna will have to be placed in a different foster home because what Tyra did was a violation. Kid says no, she won't go. She wants to stay with Miss Karen and Mister Neil. OH NO. Neil lies to Gil and Marisol, says he asked Tyra and Ana to meet him at the bus depot as he was seeing a client off there. (Karen is aware of Neil's lie.) UCK. They buy the lie, Anna can stay where she is.
Victor tells JT that someone is manipulating Colleen and it's up to JT to find out who it is. Someone is pulling her strings.
Creepy Clint. Kay freaks him out a little, tells her to prove that she is Katherine Chancellor. Naturally she can't because of her memory, so Annie ties her up again.
Esther and Roger, the JOP, Billy, Chloe and the baby are all in the hospital room as Esther and Roger are about to married. Baby cries and Billy picks her up, pleases Chloe. (Billy is beginning to bond a little with his daughter.)
Cane meets with Mike. He is divorcing his wife and he wants shared custody of their child.

I can't stand her either. But it does look like the story is going to take on a more prominent place so I thought I ought to include it. If they were hell bent giving Neil a major story I wish they had done it a different way with another actress. This one is just awful. But I do sort of like the way Karen set up Tyra, but then she wasn't counting on Neil lying to the authorities to cover Tyra's actions. I hated that! I wanted Neil to rise above the Tyra crap, but nope. He's hooked. Ugh.
I think that African American actresses in soap land aren't so rare that they had to pick a woman who doesn't know how to act. Its bad that Anna doesn't bother me hardly at all compared to her.
Oh, that's for sure. So what is it about this dumb bunny that was so attractive? It sure isn't those acrylic nails of hers, ugh. I liked Carmen Mesta so much better for Neil.
Definitely Carmen Mesta, but I wish they could bring Dru back. This show needs a female with that kind of fire. And sadly, Phyllis seems to have lost some of hers
