Lily clucks at Cane when she hears him leave a voice mail for Michael about pushing forward with the custody for Delia.
Whoa! Karen lets Neil have it. He's pretending to have scruples about lying to the visiting social worker, she reminds him he has no problem lying to his wife. Go Karen!! (Yep, Neil has been ruined.)
Mac moons over Billy, remembers his wife and baby. Billy, meanwhile, moons over Mac and Chloe is onto it, more or less.
Social worker gives Karen and Neil the news that the judge will hear the adoption case next week and there should be no problem.
Devon confronts Tyra about sleeping with Neil. Blech. Bad.
Stupid Cane blithers to Lily about thinking that little girl was his own, claims Billy only married Chloe because he is competing with him, just as he always has since he came back to town. Cane says Delia is Chloe's meal ticket and she'll use her for whatever she wants.
Chloe and Billy have a stilted conversation about Mac.
Murphy advises Mac not to return to Darfur.

Lily nails Cane for doing the custody thing out of anger at Chloe and Billy but he equivocates...blah.
Social worker praises Neil and Karen for being such good parents, leaves. Neil wants to continue the conversation with Karen, she tells him to GO, just GO, and he does. (Completely ruined Neil.) He calls Tyra, wants to see her right now. She rolls her eyes, Devon sees it all.
Lily stops by Chloe and Billy's to congratulate them on their marriage, throws in a dig about Mac NOT being related to Billy etc. Billy takes off, Chloe tells Lily to cut the crap, why is she really there.
Murphy appeals to Mac to stay for Kay's sake. As Brock prepares to leave for Africa, he opens the front door to find Billy who was hesitating to knock.
Devon stops by to see Karen. He lets her know that he understands why Tyra isn't welcomed there, hates what has happened.
Neil at the bar at GCAC, sees Cane there who discusses his custody pursuit and Lily calling off their engagement, asks Neil to appeal to Lily to support him.
Lily tells Chloe she believes Delia is right where she belongs.
Blech, what is happening to this show. Yuck to Cane, Lily, Neil (who use to be a favorite), double yuck to Tyra. And what is happening to me that I like Devon?
Billy gives Brock his phone number to give to Mac, let her decide what to do with it.
Karen drops the news to Devon that the adoption hearing is next week and Tyra will be what she has always been, Ana's aunt. Devon is very uncomfortable about the situation, unsure that Neil and Karen's marriage will survive the Tyra mess.
Cane tries to get Neil on his side without any luck. Ugh. (Now there are 2 guys I can't stand, lol.)
Chloe calls Esther, really nervous about Mac's presence, will feel so much better when she leaves.
Through Devon, Tyra calls Ana. Kid misses her "mother" and wants to see her.
Tension as Billy goes home, throws his keys down, sulks off.
Mac announces that she is staying on in GC, not for Billy but for grandma who really needs her. Brock understands.
Lily meets up with Cane at GCAC, tells him Delia is where she belongs, with her parents. Cane - ugh. (I don't know WHAT is going on with this show! I don't remember so many stories being cringe-worthy like they are now. And yeah, Devon is likable now too.)
Neil and Tyra at Indigo. All about Ana and the adoption. Ugh. He's going to try to get Ana placed back into her (Tyra's) care. It's the right thing to do, doesn't matter what the costs are (his marriage will die for sure). Meanwhile Karen tells Devon that she NEEDS to be Ana's mother, blah, blah.
Mac contemplates calling Billy. Billy checks his cell phone for a call from Mac. Esther listens in as Katherine assures Mac that she will find her way (regarding Billy, I assume).

Noah to Eden (in his parked car), "Are you sure you're ready for this?"
A very sombre Michael tells Jana, Jeff and Gloria that he is going to ask the judge to commit Kevin for a psychological evaluation.
As Nick grabs his keys to leave, Phyllis says softly "You're not going up to that cabin with that slut." Nick refuses to discuss it with her and walks out.
Okay, let's see. Karen and Neil are kaput as are Nick and Phyllis. Cane is loathsome, Mac and Billy are inevitable, Victor is going to get the better of Jack AGAIN. Ugh.
Yeah Dru would do that, lol. Now THAT I'd love to see.
Victoria Rowell won't likely be rehired, though. I read that she was not exactly well liked on the set and Peter Bergman even said as much in an interview, did so without naming names, but it was obvious he was talking about her. It was along the lines that a collective sigh was heard when she stalked off in an indignant huff.
Oh, I almost forgot. Clementine is coming around a bit. She wasn't anywhere nearly as awful today. but still wooden. She seems to be relaxing more, so I'll give her a little more time. She still looks too old for Billy, though.
I wish/hope that the writers don't totally disregard Mac and Kevin. Would love to see how they work together. Not couple wise but friend wise anyways. He could certainly use more of those, the poor guy.
I'd like that too. Kevin and Mac had an interesting friendship before she left town. She wouldn't mess with Kevin and Jana though, you're right about that. They were only friends when they were CL partners.
Poor Kevin! He was in such bad shape yesterday, completely catatonic.
