Mitchell has news for Kay about her estate. Kevin is before the judge. Amber too. Michael is defending both of them and judge is grumpy. Heather proposes no bail for Kevin as he has an extensive rap sheet and reads a whole slew of charges against him.
Noah pleads with Lauren to allow him to take Eden home without her. Lauren leaves, Eden says they have to go to Noah's house to explain their expedition to his folks. Meanwhile, Phyllis is worried sick that Nick isn't back yet as he and Sharon are at the Abbott cabin so she grabs her coat and leaves. And Nick is all nostalgic with Sharon about their last romp up there. They agree that if Cassie hadn't died they'd still be together. She admits that she's NOT okay, things are happening to her that she doesn't understand. Hug, hug.
Mitchell announces that Kay's death certificate and will have been nullified and her estate and money will be returned to her. A new death certificate for Marge has been issued, so all done now. Kay recalls driving Marge to the rehab facility the night of the car accident.
Mike defends Kevin with the Stockholm Syndrome excuse, that he is fragile as a result of years of abuse and he needs prolonged psychiatric treatment immediately or he will never be the same. Amber has a bit of an outburst, judge warns Mike, and Daniel hushes her, gets her to sit down.
Murphy and Kay decide to give Marge a decent farewell, a memorial service.
Mike and Heather verbally spar about Kevin, Amber speaks up, big fuss and guards get involved.
Noah and Eden arrive at the tack house, nobody home.
Nick and Sharon again at the cabin talking about making love that night, how much it meant to them, kiss. And another one.....fall onto couch.
Phyllis is in a maid's uniform, lets herself into Sharon's room at GCAC. Oh no! She starts cutting up Sharon's lingerie, saying how neat and tidy she is on the outside, such a mess on the inside.

Huge ruckus in the courtroom with yelling and guards hauling Kevin and Amber around. Judge declares a recess, he will observe Kevin himself in chambers. (Heather wants the judge to throw the book at both defendants.)
Sharon and Nick make love. Phyllis, in tears and frantic, screaming, continues her trashing of Sharon's room then accidently comes across all of the stolen items, including Sabrina's red egg and the monkeys. She covers her mouth in horror, gasps! (Didn't Dru do the same thing to Carmen Mesta's room when she knew Neil was messing around?)
Daniel is angry with Amber for her outburst, tells her to get a grip.
That bloody Gloria grumbles that this is all her fault, she didn't take good care of Kevin. Good little bit with Mike and Lauren as he says he can't let Kevin down.
Phyllis is trying to decide what to do with this evidence. She picks up a lipstick and writes on the vanity mirror "I hate myself". Then she calls the police, uses a fake voice, begs them to get right over. (Phyllis is really upset, heartsick.)
The judge orders Kevin to a psychiatric facility. Heather looks on, all pissy, as Mike then defends Amber to no avail but the judge grants her bail at one million dollars. Kay will take care of it, insists.
Noah and Eden yapping quietly on the sofa at tack house, then lots of kisses.
Nick and Sharon back at CL. He's not sorry about what happened tonight and has no idea what he'll say to Phyllis.
Phyllis runs into Nick on the front porch of the tack house. Nick, not wanting to talk goes in, Phyllis right behind. Noah and Eden are naked on the sofa. Nick orders them to get dressed, he will take Eden home. No hysterics, just a calm reaction. Kids are mortified though, lol.
Sharon arrives at her GCAC room to find police in there. They question her about the stolen items.
Kay and Daniel fetch Amber from her cell to take her home.
Mike and Jana arrive at the nuthouse, learn that Kevin is in a locked padded room. OMG, poor Kevin. Wonderful scene!!!!!

What I thought was so funny about it was that they used Josh Morrow. His character, Nick, isn't exactly the guy to be handing out advice to anyone, lol. The guy thinks with what's behind his zipper.
