So me and a friend were debating what movies were likely to be the top 5 grossing for 2010 as there's a lot of good ones coming out. He reminds convinced that Sex in the City 2 will be one of those movies. I said simply there's no way it'll make the top 5 due to the competition it has in May.
So here's your question, out of the following movies for May 2010, which would you see and in which order?
Iron Man 2 Shrek Goes Fourth Sex In The City 2
I just don't see how based on its competition in May, it's going to even do well. That also with the confirmed released of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part I, Toy Story 3, Chronicles Of Narnia: Voyage Of The Dawn Treader, The Last Airbender (aka Avatar The Last Airbender) and rumored releases of National Treasure 3 and a Voltron movie, I just don't see how that cracks the top five.
Thanks for your feedback!

You could not PAY me enough to go see that horse-faced twit SJP and that movie, so not Sex and the City 2. Iron Man 2 would be first choice and Shrek would have to be on video, no trek to the cinema for that one.
I would go with Iron Man. Most sequels never do as well as the first one...but I think that Iron Man will do good. Especially if it has the same guy in it.
That's Robert Downey Jr, right? He's fabulous! Love him, and even though I'm not an action hero movie fan, I LOVED him in Iron Man, and would certainly go see it.
All right, that's exactly what I figured. That and I think most of the audience for the original Sex in the City movie would be adverse to a second one.

I think Sex and the City 2 will do well. However, they could have been more creative with the title.
Shrek Goes Forth (good title) will do better on DVD, because its a children's movie. Its not so easy bringing kids to a theater.
Iron Man 2 will probably come out on top. Probably because more boys and men go to movies alone then women. Again, it could have had a more original title.
