Phyllis is distracted cleaning up after Noah and Eden, has a conversation with Noah about what she and Nick walked in on, kid is snarky, leaves for a walk. Meanwhile, Nick takes Eden to CL to Lauren, tells her to bring Lauren up to speed on the latest.
Mike and Jana are at the hospital, learn Kevin has been heavily sedated. Jana is really upset as is Mikey as he looks in on his brother curled up on his cot in the cell. Sad.
Sharon with the cops in her GCAC room and in comes Gil, asks her questions about the stolen items (including books and clothes with the price tags still on). She freaks out, makes a call, come right away.
Nick returns to the tack house, tells Phyllis they need to talk, they have put it off long enough.
Jana's headache is back, Mikey notices she is not in good shape and that her headaches are linked to Kevin, could be he can feel her pain. HE convinces her to go home, take care of herself for Kevin's sake.
Jack arrives art Sharon's room, argues with Gil that Sharon did NOT steal these things, Sharon adds that she THINKS she might have taken them.
Ugh, Nick and Phyllis. She will not give up, they can not give up, they have been through too much already. Nick says they need to separate.

Jeff and Gloria over champagne, he has won her back. Along comes Jana (at GCAC) tells them that Kevin is not getting medical help, he is being tortured. Mike with doc at the hospital, learns that Heather (who just popped by) ordered these heavy duty sedatives for Kevin. She's all smug about it.
Nick admits to Phyllis that he slept again with Sharon. GOOD SCENE!! He says he loves her, still loves her, loves Summer too. Good Phyllis, calls herself a moron and an idiot for believing him, for holding onto this. Such a good scene. (The end of Nick and Phyllis.)
Gil learns that the total for these stolen items is over a thousand dollars and is grand theft, arrests Sharon.
Noah is now at GCAC with Aunt Vickie, called her for support in the Eden thing. She advises him to talk to his parents.
Back to Lauren and Eden and teen angst over sex, etc. Blech. Kid says they know what they are doing, etc.
Heather gloats to Mikey that she and her boss went to the judge and made sure that Kevin be locked up all the time. Too many lives are at risk. (Great CLB again.)
Jack calls Mike to help with the Sharon mess but he declines, much too busy right now. Gloria turns up at the hospital, sends Mike home to rest, she will stay for Kevin who is fetal position on his cot. SAD!!
Nick, with packed bag, picks up his car keys. GREAT scene as Phyllis lays into him. GET OUT, please leave, Nick. Stupid jerk does.
Sharon getting mug shots, Jack there with her. She is fingerprinted etc.
Phyllis calls her best friend, Michael, please come by tonight, she could really use a friend. Mike says no, she's on her own tonight.
Nick lets himself into his old house (where JT and Victoria live), greets his sister. Both are really sorry about this (the Phyllis thing).
Mike does go to help Jack and Sharon. Hmmm. As Jack explains what the police found and he mentions books from Trumbles, Mike knows immediately what that's all about (Eden being accused) and tells Jack to call another lawyer.
Gloria is now inside Kevin's cell, talking to him, prompts him to have a delusion, hears weird voice in his head, sees the chipmunk talking to him with hands that look like his mother's. Weird. He screams at Gloria to leave him alone, stay away, stay away.
Mike tells Lauren and Eden about Sharon and the books from Trumbles. Kid's not too happy that Noah's mother let her get accused of theft when she was the one shop lifting.
Noah bursts into the tack house calling for his dad. Phyllis, in tears, tells him she doesn't know where he is or when he'll be back. Nick is now in the guest room at Victoria's house.)
Jack offers to call Nick for Sharon. "Do not call Nick. Do NOT call him."

Gah! I made the mistake of reading the SOC recap for today's Canadian show and what I read is not what I saw. The re-cappers said that Phyllis "pulled the Summer card and it didn't work" so that's when she told Nick to get out. Not what happened IMHO. Phyllis screamed at Nick to admit that he was using her to get over Cassie's death and had loved Sharon all along but the big dummy stood there. She said that all the time they had been building a life together, had a child together, he was only using her. His silence pretty much confirmed it, then she threw him out.
It was a really good episode and I'm sure I didn't do it justice, but try not to skip it. And the Kevin and Mike stuff was really, really sad. Heather is now the super-bitch in town, throwing her weight around and refusing to believe what Michael had argued about his brother, insinuating that Kevin was faking everything. Oh, and spoilers say that the drugs Annie had been feeding Kevin are responsible for his present state.
Geez, no kidding. I remember one time I did a mini-recap to fill in a poster who asked and I wrote that Sharon had initiated a snarking match with Phyllis and was lambasted from all sides. It was beyond ridiculous.
