It's pouring here this morning, but very cozy. I just pray that the basement doesn't flood because we've had rain for several days now.
I slept in this morning, and really didn't think that I had it in me! For some reason, I kept finding perfect little nests, and hearing the rain just finished me off. I didn't get up until nearly 10:30!!
I've just finished reading my Sunday morning "Joggles" newsletter, but haven't decided yet what the rest of the day will bring. Jim, unfortunately, has a bunch of office stuff he needs to work on, and was up much earlier than I was. The newsletter got my creative juices flowing, as it always does, but it's also a nice, quiet day for a little genealogy research. Choices, choices...
Shelly, how are you feeling this morning? I'm sure you're thrilled to have your mom there with you! I'm watching my email...
What's everyone else doing today?

Hiya, Moore. We posted Sunday threads at the very same time, LOL!! Great minds, eh? *snort*
One of these days you're going to have to get that side of the house waterproofed, ya know! It's a pain in the butt, expensive and invasive, but once it's done, the peace of mind is worth it. We lost our deck several springs ago when we had it done, so I understand how you hate the idea of the patio going, but it's kind of inevitable.
Hi everyone! We're having one of the rare nice days here. I have all the blinds open to let the sunshine and am doing some closet cleaning under the natural lighting, LOL. I did manage to part with 7 pair of shoes. Sigh. It was tough, but I figured since I haven't worn them in a good while I wouldn't miss them. The ratty ones were thrown out, while the good pair of red heels made it into the donation sack, with a bunch of clothes.
Moore, I hope the basement doesn't flood! I'm sure bailing water out isn't your idea of a fun day.
Kae, I just read about Ted's red wine incident. Of COURSE it would spill all over the newly recovered ottoman.
