Cane and Lily, back from honeymoon. He thanks her for allowing him to leave parts of his past behind him, no Australia. Smoochies. It's her birthday.
Billy goes to Jimmy's with flowers for Mac as a congratulation on her engagement. As he is about to leave, in come Lily and Cane. Mac's face sours. (Hard to say whether she is supposed to look sad or if she's just a poor actress. I tend to lean towards the latter.) Neil arrives for the birthday party.
Amber, with Kevin at CL tries to get through to a talk radio show, reaches a Tommy from a Dodgers baseball programme. LOL, Tommy La Sorda.
The real Inspector Aucker identifies himself to Daniel and Jana. They explain to the real guy what happened with the fake one and real Aucker leaves his card for Daniel to contact should he hear from the impostor.
JT finally goes to see Mac at Jimmy's. Happy Mac. They chat, make amends for his affair with Victoria even though they (JT and Mac) were still together at the time. She saddens a little when Billy's name comes up, believes he could be a good guy again if he let himself be.
Neil and Lily carry on about how happy she is with Cane, how just a year ago things were very different.
Chloe confronts Billy at Jack's house (I think) about obsessing over Mac. He pulls the "I'm the loser, screw-up" card, then asks her to come back with Delia, it's what he really wants. She argues that he hides behind the man of straw crap and he needs to grow up and go after what he wants like Cane does. That comparison pisses off Billy.
Daniel feels like a real chump, conned by the bad guy. Jana insists he not do anything foolish, can not risk losing him after almost losing Kevin and Amber not long ago.
Tommy on the phone again with Kevin and Amber. He sympathises with Kevin's abusive childhood, offers help.
Lily's BD party continues at Jimmy's. She is 22. She gives Cane a calendar of their baby-making days.
More Jana and Daniel arguing about him going after the bad guys. She'll keep his secret from Amber and Kevin if he promises not to look for the criminals. After receiving a call , he and Jana tune into Tommy's radio show, listen to Kevin presenting his case on the air.
"Smug sanctimonious jerk" is what Billy calls Cane, compares him to a lapdog for Jill. Good Chloe speech!! She appeals to him to grow up, etc. (Good job of the Chloe redemption.)
More glowing, happy Lily, gushy Neil, she is sooooo happy married to a guy she is ready to start a family with. He wants her to slow it down a bit, do some modelling for a while. Nope, they want to make up for lost time. Nina stops in, asks to talk to Cane about the movie adaptation and how he came into Katherine and Jill's lives. She wants to hear Cane's side of the story since Amber is reticent to talk about it at all.

Nina continues questioning Cane but he asks to do this another time.
Chloe appeals to Billy to GET it, she loves him, he could be a great guy if he would just let go of Mac. They could make this thing work.
Jana and Daniel arrive at CL, greet Kevin and Amber, hugs all around. Jana and Daniel lie to Kevin and Amber about what they had been up to, then change the subject to congratulating them on the Tommy call.
Fake Aucker looks at Daniel's reproduction painting, says it's perfect and that the Romalotti kid has no idea what he has got himself into.
Lily advises Nina to take it easy on Cane with questions about his past as he had a hard time growing up. Cane calls Thom Beirdz, says "uh, we have a problem".
Billy says if he is going to do this (try to make their marriage work) he needs to come clean. "Sharon is pregnant and the baby could be mine."

Ashley is angry with Olivia. She thinks they all think her crazy and ought to be committed just because she had a dream that gave her a different perspective on things.
Sharon breaks Chloe's heart when she admits to having been with Billy on the day of her wedding.
Nikki to Victor: " I would like to say something to you about you and Ashley".
It was ho hum. Two main points were being established today. The first one was that Cane has a big bad secret. That was underlined and not so subtly. The other was the Billy business. Both Chloe and Mac made points that Billy has fantastic potential but he's his own worst enemy.
The last plot foreboding was yet more Jana, Daniel, Kevin, Amber getting along better with the opposite mate than the one they're paired with. I'm getting awfully impatient with that. And if I hear about that silver chipmunk one more time....argh.
