JT and Victoria chat about how she needed to go through with the art sting for Sabrina. Today would have been her and Victor's anniversary.
Ashley gets reassurances from Dr. Taylor that she and the baby are doing well. Then he goes up to Adam's room. Adam asks "Did you bring it?"
Nick and Sharon, half naked, talk about Daniel getting arrested and then house hunting. Kiss.
Michael's with Daniel and Phyllis for Daniel's bail hearing. Jana is so scared. She's up next.
Taylor's not compliant at first, says he's nuts, he could do permanent damage.
Ashley tells Victor that she is convinced Estella is responsible, not Adam. She's going into town for a prenatal massage to leave him alone with his Sabrina memories.
After making love, Sharon admits to Nick that she's so happy now, is scared it will all stop. He swears he will never leave her.
Heather presents her case to the judge about Daniel's guilt in shooting dead Thomas Balford. The charges are conspiracy, fraud, malfeasance, murder in first degree and obstruction of justice. Michael counters, all circumstantial evidence.
Jana is freaked about maybe going to jail, Kevin says she wasn't involved, it was Daniel that was. He's pissed off that Daniel didn't have her back.
Nick and Sharon go through listings, no luck finding a house welcoming enough for the families including Noah, Summer , Phyllis and the new baby. Nick gets a bit sullen when she mentions her pregnancy.
Victor has a sad talk to the statue of Sabrina. He's letting her go now, needs to move on, he's with Ashley now, but he had loved her so very much.
Victor kisses the baby sculpture head and replaces it, then asks David, a gardener working on the grounds, to remove the statue.
Nick finally finds a great house with a perfect room for "Faith", their daughter. Sharon loves it, he makes a call, asks to see it today.
Judge grants bail for Daniel for $1,000,000. Phyllis insists she'll pay the bail, he's coming home. Amber makes a case for Daniel to stop protesting his mother paying the bail. They have to find out who really did this to him, framed him and walked away from all that money. Daniel surmises that that was their plan all along, to frame him.
Michael makes Jana's case, countered by Heather's damning argument. Judge denies her bail and she's hauled off in cuffs.
Victoria greets her dad at the ranch, says she is going to visit the statue later. He says it's time to let go of Sabrina, not fair to Ashley. He removes the sketch of Sabrina from the wall, she is no longer there, he has moved on. Victoria protests, gets really upset, says he dismisses people when he's done with them. She asks for the sketch, snarks at Ashley,who just walked in "I hope you're satisfied now".
As Nick assures Sharon that her baby is his, he KNOWS it, Phyllis comes in, asks for Nick's help.
Jana is really upset. Kevin tells Daniel that he got her into this, he had better get her out. Daniel agrees he's responsible.
Aucker sides with Heather over the charges, both smug as heck. (Shelly, I hate Heather in court as well. She always gets the wrong person anyway, lol. And Aucker is being an ass too. Ugh.)
Victoria and JT argue about her father and Sabrina. She's being really silly, actually. (The beginning of the JT and Victoria break up?)
Ugh. Victor gushes to Ashley how he is only going to pay attention to her and their little baby now.
Adam drop the bottle of botox and it is smashed. Unhappy Adam.
Nick tells Phyllis that of course she can take the money for the bail from their account. Phyllis lets him have it when he suggests Daniel might run away again. Go Phyllis!!! (Sharon looked really sheepish.)
As Amber and Daniel are certain that someone was framing him, but who, he doesn't have any enemies (and Amber does that long guilty pause thing), flash over to a man with his back to the camera in an opulent office, drinking a scotch. A blond man we've never seen before comes in, says bad news, the girl was denied bail and Romalotti will be out as soon as he posts bond. Man smashes his glass to the floor, pounds fist on desk.
Next: Doc says to Victor that his son does not have retinitis pigmentosis. Victor asks "so he has been faking it all along?"
Noah tells Abby that he's thinking about divorcing his parents.
Daniel and Kevin talk about the victim's cell phone, the one that had Daniel's name and number programmed in it.
