Thank you so much! We're having a rather lazy day today and just got back from a short errand just to get out and about, really. I picked up a wild mushroom lasagne for our dinner tonight rather than bbq'ing something in the RAIN again, lol. We've had an awful lot of that stuff lately and it always seems to come the minute I light the bbq.
Last night our neighbours had the annual birthday party for their little boy - a raucous affair, all outside, and they always manage to find the most annoying noisy toy for the kid. He's playing on it again, argh.
Sometimes I wish we lived out in the sticks away from annoying neighbours and their inconsiderate ways. In past years we've been given notice that they were planning that thing so we could organise ourselves around it. This year they just went into it without giving us a heads up. I'm going to jokingly tell them they owe us a bottle of wine for forcing us downstairs away from their racket.
