Heather arrives at the Tack House as Mike, Nick and Phyllis talk about the latest drama. She accuses Phyllis of Munschausen by Proxy Syndrome which leads to P slapping her. Ugh.
Neil gives Lily some sleeping tablets. She's depressed. Ah, she spits out the pills as soon as her dad's back is turned.
Murphy, Kay (in hospital bed), Nina and Jill rehash the development of Philip being alive. Nina is angry that Philip abandoned her and her son.
Philip tells Cane that his being there in GC will make it easier for him. He won't have to take the fall alone. Cane's not impressed.
MJ gloats to her cat that she took care of Phyllis, got her out of the equation with Jack since she'll be too busy taking care of her own problems.
Kay says her faith has been rattled beyond repair....and Cane yelling at Philip interrupts them. Philip stalks off but Cane wants to see Katherine. Kay lets him have it. He makes a pitch to Jill to salvage something of their relationship. Murphy kicks him out. Jill's in tears.
Lily sneaks out of Neil's condo.

More Heather digging into Nick and Phyllis's lives, trying to make her case that Phyllis was really distraught about losing Nick to Sharon and her baby. Here comes the slap. Mike escorts Heather out and suggests she's pursuing this case out of vengeance. H digs in her heels. (Now I want her to look like a right idiot when the Adam story comes out!!)
Crazy MJ gets a a call, yeah, she'll be right there.
Cane opens his front door, on the way home from seeing Jill and Kay and there's Lily on the sofa with some questions. She rants about lies. How could he be so cruel, how could she be so wrong? He gave her up, chose his secret over her.
Neil realises Lily is gone, calls her, leaves a voice mail, he's worried.
Philip finds Nina sitting by Kay's pool, says he'll tell her anything she wants. How did he manage to arrange the disappearance? He'd stashed some money and a fake passport ages before the accident, he'd planned it all except the crash. He explains how it was all orchestrated with the help of the doctor and the cop, then he flew to Sydney, the farthest point from GC he could think of.
Oops, Lily rants on and on to Cane, he counters. Eek. He admits that he KNEW Billy was the father of Chloe's baby but he couldn't do anything about it without tipping his hand about the DNA at the lab. Lily is not amused.
Kay and Jill grow a little closer over talking about Philip and Cane. Kay says she loved that boy (P3) like her own, doesn't know if she can get past his treatment of her.
Mike will try to get Phyllis permission to be back with Summer, asks her to hang in there. Nick says he ought to get going too but Phyllis asks him to stay, please don't go.
MJ meets Heather at CL, learns that no one will ever find out she reported the abuse and that the investigation will definitely continue. (What an unholy alliance, those two. Uck)
Nick assures Phyllis he never doubted her, and he'll be there for her until Summer comes home. What about after Summer comes home? He doesn't know yet, let's take it one step at a time. They leave together for the hospital.
Philip tells Nina that his idea of sending Cane to GC seemed like a great idea at the time. Nina presses him to tell her what the hell was so awful back then that he couldn't talk to her about it. He raises his eyebrows.
Neil pounds madly at Cane's door, yelling, bursts in and pulls Cane off Lily (he was just trying to get her to listen to him, nothing more). Much yelling from Neil, threats, more yelling. She takes off her ring and hands it to Cane.
Nick and Phyllis at the hospital and she gets a call from MJ, all friendly. MJ is pleased Nick is with Phyllis, crazy witch.
WHAT??? Kay says Philip led her to believe that she had given Jill's infant son away, but why? Did he want her to hate herself as much as he did?
Philip tells Nina that back then he couldn't talk to her, he felt so ashamed. He's gay, always has been. All the drinking was just a symptom of his attempt to play a role expected of him when he wasn't comfortable in his own skin.

Sharon to Nick that somebody has to talk to Phyllis, and she (Sharon) might be the only one who can help her.
Adam leans forward to kiss Rafe. Rafe pulls away and asks "How stupid do you think I am?"
Victor confronts MJ with her green file (hate list?), asks her "What is the meaning of this?" Her jaw drops.
