Phyllis and Nick, quiet little domestic scene as he tells her that she and Summer are his priorities, not Sharon. Someone else can look after her.
Sharon and Jack have breakfast together and she appreciates his support over her arrest for grand larceny. She's pretty certain that the charges will be dropped, Jack disagrees. Meanwhile, a snarky Heather tells Rafe that Sharon is guilty as sin.
Paul and JT (working together again) discuss Patty, look at an old picture of her. They are going to look for her because of Todd's heads-up yesterday.
Yech, shallow Abby gushes about how cute she looks in RS magazine. MJ phones Victor, calls herself his partner in crime. She's calling him from Jimmy's bar that is closed. She's broke and needs money. He says they'll get together to discuss it. She wants a million dollars, the amount he offered as a bounty on her.
Heather and Rafe have an unpleasant exchange over Adam. Paul overhears the heated argument, Heather breaks down in tears as Paul holds her, says she really loved him (Adam).
Abby wants to have a pool party to celebrate her first mag cover (what a little twit she is, lol). Then she discovers the spy cam in the wall hanging and Adam hears her with his listening device. Uh oh.
V tells MJ that he'll make her pay for all the bad things she has done. She tries to blackmail him, he tells her NO WAY. She hears someone coming into Jimmy's hangs up and hides, remembers the time he caught her lurking around the ranch.
Abby and Ashley show Victor the spy camera, gasp, gasp, enter Adam, what's going on? Victor speculates that it's espionage, business stuff, but he's thinking about MJ telling him that she had a close contact inside his house.
A little scene showing that Summer is still not all there mentally. Talk of Sharon's larceny, she could go to jail for a long time, her baby could be taken from her. Nick is silent, pouts.
Sharon goes on about how the charges will be dropped, she is so sure. Rafe comes along, tells her that if she voluntarily commits herself to a psychiatric facility, all charges will be dropped. That's the deal the DA's office made. Rafe has a pic of the ring she walked off with, Jack immediately recognises it as the same one Phyllis was wearing after her renewal of vows.
Back to Phyllis and Nick as he says helping Sharon could do her more harm than good. He saw the ring Sharon took, identical to her wedding ring. Phyllis remembers telling Sharon the name of the jeweller when she complemented her on the ring. Uh oh, she sees that Nick and Sharon still have a connection, and will it ever go away? He's silent.
Heather and Paul as she fights back tears over Adam. She feels like such an idiot. Nice Paul scene.
Ashley thinks the spy cam came from Estella. V says they all need to move into GCAC while he has the house swept. Ashley calls JT for his help, Victor agrees, JT will be right over.
As JT goes into the back room of Jimmy's, MJ writes a note, stuffs it in JT's jacket (or something he left on a booth bench) and sneaks out.
JT searches around the ranch house, finds a camera in the main bedroom, so no, this isn't a corporate spy, it's personal. JT then finds another camera in Adam's room (that he had planted there moments before in order to deflect any suspicions away from him).
Back to Heather and Paul. She talks about how her dreams were crushed, that she'll get over this but she doubts that she'll ever be able to trust her instincts again.
Rafe advises Sharon to hurry up and decide, she doesn't have much time. Jack says no choice, why risk 10 years in jail. He knows that her secret about her baby is eating away at her. The 30 days (in the facility) could be a blessing in disguise.
Ugh. Nick assures Phyllis that Jack will be there for Sharon, he's the father of her baby. (Oh geez.)
Sharon blubbers, she can't think straight. Jack promises he'll take care of her baby if she does go to prison, Nick's baby in his home. He can live with that, but can she? Jack leaves, Sharon calls Nick, needs to see him, something he needs to know about.
Adam gloats about getting away with all of this, enter Rafe. He says Heather knows about them and he wants to talk about it, about coming out, let him help. (YUCK!!!)
MJ overhears Paul and Heather talk about getting back in touch with Patty.
Ashley rants on about Estella,is so sure it was her that did the spying. Victor whispers to JT that ir might very well have been Mary Jane Benson that did this, so go find her. AHA. JT reads the note MJ stuck in his pocket. "If you want to know about Mary Jane Benson, ask Victor Newman. He knows everything."
