Funny bit with Amber trying to get Deacon to let her into his room while he had Victoria in there, lol. He got rid of Amber, then Vicki has second thoughts about staying with Deacon and she leaves. At the very same moment. JT realises he and Colleen are getting a little too hot and heavy and he jumps up.
With Jana's help, Daniel realises that all the roads to his troubles lead to Deacon.
Ryder confesses to Kevin that he killed someone.

Chloe is on a dinner date with Chance. Nice couple!!! I like them together!
AHA! Ashley slams Victor for trying to use her family to get what HE wants. Go Ashley. Abby smells a problem between Victor and Ashley. (He was trying to guilt Abby into not going to see Colleen for a visit and catch-up.)
Ryder tells Kevin he is sick of pretending, needs to take his "mask" off. Ryder talks a bit about murdering a man and Kevin promises not to call the cops.
Amber runs into Chloe and Chance at the GCAC dining room. Yippy yap exchange of break-up news. Amber is still sad about losing Daniel and Chloe claims she is just fine about her and Billy being over.

Jana and Daniel again. She suggests he talk to Victoria about Deacon. Hey! Victoria is still with Deacon. (I thought she had left but nope. A painter is here and I'm distracted today. Sorry, Shelly.) NOW she leaves, and she is really distraught. Daniel phones her, needs to see her, it's about Deacon Sharp.
JT and Colleen ay goodnight. (Wow, those two are good together.) He says he loves Victoria, wouldn't know who he'd be without being a father. As he leaves Colleen's house, Abby arrives. Abby sniffs out that there was something going on between Colleen and JT.
Daniel tells Victoria that Deacon is framing him for murder. She's not willing to believe it. HE's pissed off, stomps off, says stay away from Deacon, he can't be trusted.
Ryder pleases Deacon with the news that he's now Kevin's best friend. Deacon says Kevin is key, without them they have nothing.
Kevin astonishes Jana with what Ryder confessed to him. She tries to call the police, he stops her.

Victor tries to get Ashley to open her door, no answer so he kicks it down. She was asleep, groggy, pissed off he kicked in her door. He was scared, thought she'd collapsed. He asks her what is the matter with her. He's concerned that the gulf between them grows wider and wider. Please stop pushing him away, he's trying to help her. She sits up, pouts, says she's afraid she might be losing her mind. Would he ever take their baby away from her? No, says he'd never do that. Ashley blubbers, Victor holds her.
Back to Chance and Chloe after Amber leaves to meet with Deacon. Chance notes that Amber is a reckless type. Chloe says they all make mistakes, then move along. (Smart Chance!!)
Ugh, Deacon tells Amber that he knows she is pretending to be doing all this for Daniel but he knows she's really doing it because she wants him and can't stop thinking about the other night. He takes her over to the bed and as they are kissing, Daniel pounds on his door. (Geez, this just doesn't make much sense to me, but then I'd never be doing what Amber is, lol.)

Jana tries to convince Kevin that Ryder is playing to him and he's lying. Kevin refuses to believe her. They argue. He says he just has a feeling about this guy, can't turn his back on him. She says he's ruined their anniversary, is going to a movie alone and will see him back home later. He calls Ryder, needs to talk to him.
Daniel pounds on door long enough to get Deacon to open up revealing Amber sitting on his bed. Meanwhile, downstairs Chance sees security rushing up the stairs to see about the disturbance (Daniel pounding) and offers to look into it for them.
Colleen tells Abby that she and JT kissed but that's as far as it went. Colleen doubts that JT and Victoria will work out their problems. Abby is sworn to secrecy about it.
JT meets Victoria at Jimmy's. She apologises for arguing, him too. They admit to wanting to get things back in sync, back on tract, also admit it won't be easy.
Much yelling and scuffling between Daniel and Deacon. Chance arrives in time to pull Daniel off of Deacon and hauls him off, gets Daniel to promise not to come back there tonight and lets him go. He's (D) had it with Amber!
Deacon tells Amber he'll get Daniel off if she marries him, nothing less. (He asks her to marry him in a threatening "or else" way.)
JT and Victoria head for home together. Victor's security man who had been following JT calls Victor (he was at Jimmy's watching JT and Victoria talk about how they argued about her father), says he has some news and Victor isn't going to like it. He says come to see him tomorrow.
Next:
Kevin asks Ryder if he is working for Deacon. Somebody saw him leaving his room at GCAC.
Lily to Cane that her cancer treatment will take her hair. She'd rather take it herself. (It looks like she is wearing a wig.)
Daniel tells Lauren that he thinks (or doubts) Amber still really loves him. Lauren says she thinks Amber is about to do something really stupid. Amber, deadpan face, walks into Deacon's room as he holds the door for her.

Ugh, I wish they could do a Kevin story that doesn't involve him being in trouble...I don't completely mind what Amber is doing with Deacon because I don't really care for her and Daniel.
I'm so glad you said that about not liking Daniel with Amber because I've never liked them together. Amber's a hot head and makes such stupid choices, besides she is too old for him. Poor kid is trying to make a decent life for himself and she keeps screwing it up, lol. She belongs with someone who knows all of her past missteps and Deacon seems to be the guy, as much as I don't like him.
I kind of liked her with Kevin but I didn't want to split up Kevin and Jana. Was a tough call...And yeah, I would rather see Deacon and Amber then Deacon and Victoria. Although it has been nice of them to let JT come out and play
