Jack and Billy mope - today is the anniversary of their father's death, 3 years. Jack thinks this would be a good time to talk to Ashley because she'll come out to the cemetery. They want to convince her to leave the ranch. They do think she's in danger of losing her mind again.
Ashley slept in Victor's arms last night, claims to feel much better today but she's still having flashbacks of running over "Sabrina".
Gloria has coffee with Mike, having a hard time today because of John's anniversary. Mike tells her about helping Ryder turn himself into the police and Kevin thinks he might be his half brother. Meanwhile, Kevin tells Daniel the same thing about Ryder. Daniel holds fast, convinced that Deacon Sharp is behind everything and that Ryder is a red herring.
Amber visits Deacon and he taunts her that if she reneges on their marriage deal, he'll blow up Daniel's case all over again.
Ashley's a mess as Jack and Billy visit her. She freaks at Jack, shame on him for using their father's death to manipulate her. (She had no reason to be so hostile. She's paranoid now.)
JT and Victoria over breakfast almost argue about him looking for MJ. Paul comes along, notices that Victoria is a bit "off". JT says it's about Victor and Paul says he had the same problem with his ex-fiance. JT shows Paul the note MJ left for him, says Victor denied it completely. JT says something is very off here and he wouldn't put anything past Victor.
The follower guy gives Victor the pics he took of JT. He (V) dismisses him, calls Victoria to join him at the restaurant, has something he has to talk to her about.
(It sure looks as though Victor is revving up a break-up between JT and Victoria. Evil Victor, eh?)
Gloria and Mike again talk about Terrible Tom, how there were always other women as Tom was away all the time on business trips. Mike is asking if there were any signs he had another child somewhere and Gloria is unsure.
A cop tells Daniel the charges against him for murdering Balfour are going to be dropped. Daniel is really suspicious still, believes Deacon is manipulating the whole deal and Ryder has been playing a role.
Deacon and Amber. He presents her with a ring and a proper proposal.
Ashley sees Sabrina again, Jack and Bill are there. She freaks, she softens again, back and forth, nutsoid. Yipes! (Good ED acting.) She orders them out, leave her alone.
Jack and Billy leave the ranch, worried sick about their sister. They realise she is getting worse every day.
Paul and JT again yap about finding MJ, the Patty connection. Paul leaves, JT gets a text from Colleen thanking him for spending time with her last night.
Victoria is upset by the photos her father shows her, says JT must be having an affair, if not last night, then some other time. She'll handle it from here. (Of course it would suit Victor well if JT were out of the picture because of his strong ties to the MJ mess.)
Crazy, sad Ashley over the anniversary she forgot all about. She tells Victor how much she misses her dad.
Oh! Tracy calls Jack. (Sounds like she's coming back to see Ashley.) John's ghost visits Jack, encourages him to get Ashley some help. NICE scene.
Mike puts forth a strong case to Kevin that he must stay away from Ryder, that either he is con and playing a part in framing Daniel or that he really is a murderer.
Ryder calls Deacon, says he DID it, confessed to murdering Balfour, but he doesn't feel so good about this. Daniel stops by Deacon's, Amber's there. He sees the huge engagement ring, remarks about it. Daniel tells her she can leave with him right now, whatever deal she made with Deacon she can ignore. (But she can't and Deacon knows that, lol.)
Jack and Paul meet at GCAC dining room, joined by JT, to discuss MJ. Paul makes mention of a possible hair colour change.
Colleen and Billy, back from the cemetery, sit and chat in her living room. He beams about being with Mac, his first love. She flashes back to kissing JT. Across town, Victoria looks at the pic of her husband kissing Colleen, calls JT, has to see him.
Amber refuses to go with Daniel, Deacon kisses her hand. Daniel says he guesses he got his answer and leaves, completely fed up with her.
Kevin visits Ryder in jail, shows him a photo of Tom asks if he knows him. Ryder asks him what he's doing with a picture of HIS dad. Kevin says he thinks they might be brothers.
Jack tells Billy he has decided what to do about Ashley, the only thing he can do, and dad would approve.
Mike shows up at the ranch, tells Victor he has some news that requires his immediate attention. Jack has filed an injunction to have Ashley committed to a psychiatric hospital.
Whoa, it wasn't JT that Victoria called, it was Colleen. She shows up at her door with the picture of her kissing her husband, asks her to explain.
Paul sees blonde MJ walk up the stairs of GCAC, says OMG, I think that's my sister Patty.

Victoria asks Colleen if she wants her husband. Colleen says "Yes I do".
MJ fondles a sharp knife, says she just has to make a few points with Jack. There is knock on her door.
I wonder what the scoop is on Ryder. Would be interesting if he was a brother. But then the people over at SOC would complain more at the ever expanding Fisher/Baldwin clan.
