Stacy makes Rex feel guilty. Schuyler starts to wonder if Gigi may be on to something after all. Rex informs Gigi that he will tolerate her friendship with Schuyler. Stacy feels things are finally going her way on Monday, September 14. Fish is overwhelmed by Cristian and Laylas unwavering support and friendship. The pair give Fish the book How to Tell Your Parents Youre Gay, even though he doesnt think it will help. Fishs parents arrive at the diner on Wednesday, September 16. With Cristian and Laylas subtle prodding, Fish prepares to come out to his parents just as his father spots the book. Thinking Cristian is the one thats gay, George Fish belittles his lifestyle choice. Fed up with his parents arrogant attitude, however, Fish quickly tells them the truth on Thursday, September 17. Markko is visited by his mother, who informs him that his father hasnt budged from his stance. Cole asks Markko to be his new roommate. After he and Natalie receive another warning from Jessicas stalker, Jared is attacked from behind at BE. Fighting off his assailant, a battered and bruised Jared promptly informs Jessica, Brody, and Natalie of the attack on Friday, September 18.
The Inside Story: Political Ties Bo finds a seriously injured Brody, who has a stake through his abdomen, and takes Vlad by surprise on Monday, September 14. John and Sergeis fight ends tragically for the Russian mobster. Jessica feels helpless while watching the doctors feverishly work to save Brodys life. Starr and Hope reunite with Cole, Marty, Todd, and Blair on Tuesday, September 15. Wanting to keep him company, Marty decides to follow John back to his place, where things quickly heat up between them. Due to his unselfish actions, Bo makes Brody a full police officer. Jessica encourages Brody to accept Bos offer when he seeks her approval on becoming a cop. On Wednesday, September 16, Bo publicly gives medals of valor to Cole, Fish, and John and makes note of Shaun and Brodys actions as well. Bo personally delivers Brodys medal to his hospital bed. Meanwhile, Dorian reveals to Starr, Cole, and Langston that she was the one responsible for Mayor Lowell finding out about Coles undercover operation, but gives herself credit for convincing the corrupt politician to step down from office. Shortly thereafter, Dorian announces her intent to challenge Viki for Mayor in the November election. By Thursday, September 17, David finds reality TV isnt all its cracked up to be, and ventures into politics after accepting Dorians offer to be her campaign manager, much to Vikis delight. Dorian and Viki prepare for a smackdown. And all is forgiven with regards to Dorians lapse in judgement.
A Closer Look: A Guilty Conscience Greg encounters a complication while operating on Shaun on Monday, September 14. Shauns loved ones pray for his recovery, as Greg gives them some troubling news. Greg blames himself when his brother slips into what he thinks may be an irreversible coma on Tuesday, September 15. Preferring to be alone, Greg carries the weight of the world on his shoulders. At the same time, Matthew manages to lower himself out of his wheelchair in order to be able to hold Destiny in his arms. John and Todd find themselves consumed with guilt when Bo presents them with Shauns prognosis. Blair tries to console Todd, telling him that he is not to blame for what has happened. Once back at La Boulaie, Jack and Starr dont react quite as Todd and Téa had hoped when they announce their recent engagement. After finding her talking with Ross, Blair lies to Jack on Thursday, September 17. Todd decides to investigate when Jack tells him that there is a strange man in the cabana. However, after repeated threats that he will burn the building to the ground, Todd is shocked when Chad Driscoll, Sams swimming instructor, emerges from the cabana, as a result of Blairs quick thinking. Téa doesnt like the fact that Todd is clearly jealous at the thought of Blair being involved with another man, and announces that their wedding is now off on Friday, September 18. Ross and Blair lock lips.
