Daytime Confidential is on a roll with casting information for All My Children. After breaking the news of Beth Ehlers exit on Saturday, the online site, on Sunday, reported that BethAnn Bonner would be joining the cast of the soap in a recurring role that has the potential to turn contract. SOAPnet has just confirmed that information is correct. Bonner will be playing Kat on the ABC soap. The character is slated to get tangled up in Aidan (Aiden Turner), Kendall (Alicia Minshew) and Zachs (Thorsten Kaye) lives beginning on the week of November 2.
BethAnns career started on the SOAPnet original reality series I Wanna Be a Soap Star. The actress came in second in the competition series that landed the winner a contract role on one of the ABC Daytime soaps. Despite the loss, One Life to Live hired the actress for the role of Officer Talia Sahid in 2006. The popular character was killed off in early 2009. Bonner was last seen on CBSs Guiding Light for a short stint as a character named Natasha.
