SO I found a new fun recipe I had to share. Its for chocolate covered cake balls. What you do is bake the cake, let it cool and then crumb it with a fork. Then mix into it an entire tub of frosting. Then make the mixture into balls. Place balls into the freezer, overnight is preferable.
Then melt some almond bark, and dip the balls into it. Sprinkle some sugar on top and they are so good.
We used red velvet and then used the vanilla almond bark. The red looked pretty. And if you use the white you can dye it. We dyed some with a light blue and sprinkled the sugar on. They look very festive.
