We've been looking to get out of our Ford Taurus for awhile now, we're moving locations closer (like 3 miles away from my places as opposed to 13 miles away) and the Taurus was getting up there in age and miles (06 with 70k) and we had stuff starting to go on us. Last night we finally made our deal on a 2010 Nissan Sentra SR. Pretty loaded, steering wheel mounted controls, IPOD interface, etc.Mind you that the Taurus was only worth 5300 in we owed 8300 so we were upside down and definitely found a good way out. Anyways, here's the picture of the new car:
Really -- congratulations on the new car. I HATE cars for so many reasons, but can't live without mine. They're crazy-expensive, but I can't imagine not having one. As you said, Brandon, once they start to go, they become money pits.
What did you mean about the three miles away versus the thirteen miles? I must have missed something along the way. Is this job related, or are you now thinking about moving from your "eventful" apartment complex?
Love the car. My husband had a Taurus many years ago and really liked it, but when it's time to replace the car, it's best to just bite the bullet and do it. You got a PURTY one.

Oh in December work is relocating to a bigger building that's only 3ish miles away from my place as opposed to 13. We had the option for a black one with the blue tooth hands free phone system and that intelligent key for an extra 20 a month but we were like nah.

What a nice car. I am envious. I am hoping that come next tax season I can get into a new car. I actually want a van. Those Dodge Caravans are awesome.
And yay for cutting commute. Never a bad thing. Although I am with Moore. How nice would it have been for you to have been able to move.
