I changed a few of my classes the other day so that I could take 2 online and 2 at campus and make it easier on me once the baby is born. Now of course I was registering late in the game for the online classes, so I got some off the wall classes that will work as electives but kinda don't make sense for my major anyways. So I'm taking Forensic Science, and Criminal Justice online and at the campus I'm taking Political Science (required for my associates) and Lit 115.
LOL well if I don't like communications I guess I coudl go for Forensics, but highly unlikely. None the less, I've started reading the book and I love it!
LOL oh yeah I'll be able to critique her work! I just hope I do better in the class than she did (she failed her first time right). I will deffinitely not go into that line of work now that I think of it, I already have Natalie's hair lol, I don't want to adopt the mother of the world attitude.
Oh those all sound so fun! I only need one more credit hour of an elective (talk about crappy cuz there aren't any 1 credit hour clases), bio, and another lit class and I'm done with my associates so I'll most likely finish up this summer. Then it's off to UIS wiht me.
I am a Law & Order fanatic so I actually thought about the whole forensics thing, but I have no interest in looking at dead bodies on a daily basis. My classes should be fun, I am taking a psyche class online, and a nutrition, desktop publishing and a marketing class all at the campus. Just bought my books, and used they came to $340
You go guys! I think that it's great that you are taking the courses, and I'll be interested to hear how the on-line courses come out.
I'd love to go back to college and get a degree, I really want to be a computer science teacher. With working so far from home, my ability to go back to school is really restricted.
Although, how cool is this.... I work about two miles from Harvard, and I'd love to take a night course there, if nothing else, to be able to say I went to Harvard as a part of my education. I'm such a geek! We even have tuition reimbursement through work.....
