Im pretty sure Spencer will die. It would be ironic that she get his heart. Though hasnt OLTL already done a heart transplant

no spoilers....just speculation on my part.


the cardiologist keeps saying there is no hope, but transplant is the endgame w/pericarditis.  i'm surprised it hasn't been brought up.  now it appears that spencer will survive his self~inflicted gunshot, but word is he's going to die....and soon. 


blair become evil?  i think she's already crossed that bridge lol.
