I survived!!!!!!

Ok well, I'm sure some of you have noticed I've been scarce the last few days. Well it's a long story but I'm going there lol. First off this has been the week from Hell!!!! I never thought it would end, but here we are. Ok I mentioned that I was in the hospital on Wednesday night (I think I did) well Thursday comes and my cousin calls to ask if she could come visit for a few days. I have no problem with it so I say yeah and Friday we go pick her up. Well, when I call her for directions she mentions something about her girlfriend coming. I don't know this girl, but I say to myself ok well it's just a few days and if they are serious I'll have to meet her sometime, not to mention I was quite out of it when Angie (my cousin) called yesterday and I probably had agreed to it then so I can't go back on my word. Well, we arrive and my cousin says she needs to go get some blankets and stuff form the last place they stayed, but she has to call the cops first to get an escort. I am thinking to myself "Oh God this is already bad". Well, m ebeing the nice person I am, I go along with it, because my cousin really needed to get out of the town because she was on the verge of losing her temper and hurting someone and I didn't want that.

Well, the trip to this other house was fruitless so we just went back to the other houseand picked up the rest of their clothes and left. Little did I know that it wasn't just clothes they had in their bags. They had all their things. When we get home Angie tells us the whole story and mentions job hunting and stuff. So I figure ok she's coming down for a few days to look for a job and going back and will eventually move here on her own or something. So after a little while the gf asks if one of us wold mind taking her to get a few snacks (I don't keep junk food in the house so we didn't have any). My hubby takes her and when she gets back she has an assload of groceries. That was a big red flag. Then while we were all playing cards she asked if we knew anyone with a truck well I lied and said no because that gave me a pretty bad feeling. SO to add to the weirdness of it all, the girlfriend brings up my pregnancy. Ok so I told her when I was due and that in early Feb they would enduce if I wanted, and she gets up and comes over and puts her hand on my stomach and asks if he's moving. I was like ummm no and then she tried to shake my stomach. I of course then had to "go pee". When I got back she says "Well we need to get that baby here earlier than February, I want to spoil him. I'll feed him and bathe him and all that for you, and then when you are at school I will take care of him" My husband looks at her and says, "You can't feed him she's nursing ... ALONE. She likes to be on her own while she nurses" Needless to say I didn't really get a good feeling about this girl. I thought that we had a hand that rocks the cradle chick in the house.

Well Sunday rolls in and I wake up and she's cleaning my house, doing my dishes, and putting things in all different places than they belong. Now I appreciate someone doing something out of kindness but this was just plain bizarre. Then she says she is going to make dinner for us. My husband didn't like that too much because he likes to make Sunday dinner for us all, but he stepped back and figured he'd let her do it because maybe she wanted to thank us for getting them out of there for a few days. Well over dinner, she mentions jobs around here again and houses. I told them of a few places they could look and she asked if we knew of any houses or trailers. I didn't but after dinner I looked some up for them, and while I'm doing it she asks how long I think it would take her to get enough money to move into one. I didn't know so I told her I had no clue, and she's like well a few weeks shouldn't be too long. I'm thinking to myself Oh no they are not staying here that long no way no how not happening. I had figured they'd be gone by Tuesday and now she mentions weeks. I can't do it. She is getting more homey by the second. Her mom calls and she says she's at home, and on Monday some odd number calls my house phone and it's her mom. We have an unlisted number so I was very very pissed about that.

Just seconds after that little thing the final blow, she gets a call on her cell phone and asks to use mine to call back her "caseworker". I said yes as long as it would only be a minute or two, but what got me was the word caseworker. I thought to myself ok the only reason this chick needs a caseworker is because she had her kids taken or someone is investigating her or something like that. I knew it was weird that she didn't have her 3 kids with her, but it was getting worse now that I heard that word mentioned. Then I overhear her saying to the CASEWORKER that she wasn't sure of the address she was at and she goes outside. So my mind is going off on a tangent still. I'm thinking that she is going to get DCFS brought into my house and I'm going to kill her. I am not stable right now dang it I am 9 months pregnant, she keeps touching my stomach, I am barely hanging onto sanity by a thread now. She walks in and hands me my phone and honestly I don't even notice it I'm so off in my own little world of worry and freaking out. Oh and I know I'm going to Hell for this and I shouldn't comment on it, but this girl is realy starting to smell very bad and I was having a hard time not saying anything. I mean she is 28 and has no teeth, now I know there are many reasons for something like that but 2 come to mind first and that is either cleanliness, or drugs. Neither one is good at all. My cousin Angie was fine the whole time well actually she caught my flu so I felt a little bit bad for her (just thought I'd mention that). Well the very very very final nail came that night. See I had myself convinced that I was just losing my mind and they would be leaving Tuesday because my cousin mentioned babysitting her friends baby that day. So Monday night I started my first bout of homework for my Forensics class so I could just get it out of the way and be ahead of schedule when the baby comes. I hit a block and just couldn't type anymore so I left my half finished stuff up on the computer and went to take a shower, get some warm tea, and relax so I could go back to reading the stuff on the computer and writing out my analysis. So Hope (the girlfirend) asks if she coudl get on and play a game or something. Me being the nice idiot I am, I say yes as long as she does not close anything at all. Just open her game up in a different window. Well I got all relaxed and she finally got off the computer at about midnight so I just went to bed. I woke up bright and early Tuesday before my doc's appointment and it was all gone. Ok I'm a freak for my school work so I ran to my room and broke a few things. I didn't want my son to see me kill someone. I was so shocked that my BP was low/normal when I went to the appontment at 11. So we came home got a few things and went to the hubby's best friend Scott's house. I may bitch about him from time to time but he kept me sane. I love him like a brother now and would do anything for him. We stayed at his house from about 3 till about 10:30 that night. It worked out kinda nicely though because his son Quintin needed something to distract him because he was supposed to spend a long weekend with his mom, but it got cut short when she had to be rushed to the hospital after her cyst on her ovary rupture. Well I called my grandma and cried to her for about a half hour.

I love my grams by the way. It was Tuesday night and they hadn't made any indication of leaving. In fact they kept settling in and crazy Hope was getting worse about more or less taking over as woman of the house. I was giong totally bonkers. She was giving Cody sugar which is a big no. She was stepping in as mommy and wife (or atleast it seemed like it) and I was getting nearly homicidal. Anyways I called grams and asked if she had talked to Angie, because Angie had lead me to believe that my grandma knew she was here and that she was going to help her get on her feet, get her license back, and all sorts of stuff. Grandma had no clue of anything. She called my aunt Debbie who had no clue that her daughter had even left Litchfield. They tried to get ahold of them that day but they weren't answering their phone for them. So we went home after Scott had loaded me up with chocolate and caramel to calm me down, and I went straight to bed because I had class at 9 yesterday. While I was at class my grandma called the house and had Floyd physically put the phone in Angie's hand and make her face the music. Luckily class was very short yesterday so when my grandma called me I was able to talk and she explained that Angie had pretty much intended on making herself comfortable there until she and heather could get a place of their own and Hope could eventually get her kids back wtih her and all that, but after talking to grams they had agreed to go with Hopes mom to Tuscola and try to work things out there. Actually they weren't able to get transportation to Tuscola till this morning, but after learning that I only had one day left I was a happy happy girl. Well we spent most of the night at Scott's last night as well because I just knew if she touched my stomach one more tiem I would kill her, because she just didn't get it when I said I didn't like being touched by anyone including my hubby sometiems.

Anyways an hour ago my nightmare ended and I want to celebrate, run laps, dance, sing, strip I don't know but I just have to say IT'S OVER. Ok anyways I had to rant.

Oh and might I add, they made me miss my soaps!!!!!!!!

Well I really hope that whole crazy ordeal is over for you! I hope that chick doesn't come back into your life for any reason, keep a watchful eye, now that she knows the layout of your house!!!!

My mom needed a place to stay once, I thought for two weeks, and she's been here every since.  I mean how do you kick out your own mom?  My husband hates it, but we can't just throw her out onto the street....The only good part is that she does work full-time and then most weekends she's away taking care of an elderly lady.

Otherwise she would drive me nuts.  Like when she cooks, and I hate her cooking, etc.  Or she tries to clean but she ruins my really nice furniture, it's madness.

Oh we are getting ready to move out so I'm keeping a wary eye, but at the same time, when we move it'll be so much better.

I am getting one thing out of this whole ordeal. My husband has agreed to letting me get a new couch!!!! Unfortunately our couch smells rather ick right now, and even though I got the lysol and took febreeze to it afte rthey left (ok 2 seconds after they walked out) it still smells pretty bad. I tried to hint nicely to the girlfriend and told her I had an extra bottle of Vicky's Secret body gel she could use, but she didn't get it.

Oh, Jessica!!!  I'm sorry, but you told that story so well, that you had me rolling on the floor.

And, I'm probably going to go to Hell for that!

Poor Jessica.  I had the houseguest from Hell a couple of months ago, but after reading your experience, I think that mine was a walk in the park.  I would have been furious over what that "girlfriend" was doing if she had done it in my house!  I do not like other people touching my stuff.

I had some weirdo here years ago.  She was dating an electrician who was doing some work for us.  She started rearranging boxes in my basement, and was about to begin repacking my Christmas ornaments!!!  I've had a lot of them since my childhood, and am very protective about them.  I can be quite a wimp, but in this case I told her to stop it.  And, years ago, one of my very best friends, who was also a coworker, decided that she would tidy up my desk for me.  I didn't speak to her for days...

Oh, Jessica.  I don't know how you stood it!  Next time say, "Get your hands off of my unborn child, get out of my kitchen, and get the Hell out of my house!!!"  But, I imagine that there won't be a next time.

I'm just glad that your blood pressure is okay, and that you're okay.  That kind of stress is the last thing that a woman in her last couple of weeks of pregnancy needs.

(Sorry about the laughing, though.  I just couldn't help it...)

Well, since i am majoring in communications and empasizing on writing, I take that as a compliment Moore. I know that someday this will all be a funny memory, in fact I have already started laughing about it becaue it's over. I told one of my really good friends about the situation and she has decided that I need to send this story to one of the soaps I love so much because it was so unbelieable, and it would make for some darn good TV.

And oh man I feel ya on the christmas ornament thing. Crazy girl was down in the basement one day and had rearranged stuff. This is really bad but I did it anyways. i couldn't actually go downstairs since I have the big boy in the belly, So I turned on the shower, and the sink, and flushed the toilet all at the same time. This might not seem like much, but the drain for shower and the goes to the basement and it's not necessarily connected to the ground. It just goes into another drain type thing. It's never leaked or anything because no one has ever thurned everything on full force and flushed the toilet at the same time. Apparently if you do that it makes the water from the sink and shower gush and kinda explode. I heard a little yelp and the moving noises from the basement stopped. Poor thing's cigarette was ruined (she wasn't supposed to be smoking down there anyways since it comes up through the vents). I tell ya what though, the satisfaction I got from that little stunt was almost better than sex.

I think my mom was fighting back the laughter when I told her the whole story. She couldnt' believe it all and told me that she is saving some mud slide mix for as soon as I can have some.
